Resistance Bands 74"

74" bands are perfect for Bootcamps, partner training and speed/sprint training where longer exercise ranges are required.  It is no longer necessary to link two 41" bands together to get a longer exercise.

Teal Band =
Band Dimensions: length - 74", width - 1.5", thickness - 4.5mm
Band Resistance: 15 to 40 kgs (approximately)
The Teal band has slightly more resistance then joining two Small Blue bands together.

Maroon Band=
Band Dimensions: length - 74", width - 2", thickness - 4.5mm
Band Resistance: 35 to 65 kgs (approximately)
The Maroon band has slightly more resistance then joining two Medium Green bands together.

Blue Band=
Band Dimensions: length - 74", width - 3.1", thickness - 4.5mm
