ELERIX EX-TC38/10

Terminal connector for LiFePO4 lithium cells of the ELERIX brand . Connector suitable for connecting the ELERIX EX-L50 and EX-L100 batteries . It consists of multiple layers of copper material.

How to calculate the maximum current for a given jumper connector?
The important parameters for the calculation are the jumper connector cross-section × jumper connector width .

Recommended current load per 1 mm ² :

• 4 A per 1 mm ² – continuous
• 6 A per 1 mm ² – short-term (up to 1 hour)
• 8 A per 1 mm ² – peak (max. 1 minute)

The load capacity of the terminal connector is not linear! The load capacity decreases with increasing cross-section of the terminal connector.
