ELERIX EX-12VL100AH-SET (1.2 kWh, 12 V)
ELERIX 1.2 kWh LiFePO4 set (12 V) with 100 Ah cells + accessories.
Highly energy-efficient Lithium cells, original Elerix Battery product with LiFePO4 technology.
Industrial lithium cell with high energy density and capacity of 100 Ah , manufactured based on safe LiFePO4 technology . The battery is made of high-quality materials and does not contain any toxic chemicals , which guarantees a long service life.
LiFePO4 is a very safe technology, without spontaneous combustion, fire and explosion. The self-discharge rate is very low. There is no memory effect - cells can be recharged in any state of discharge. All ELERIX cells are thoroughly tested in Tier 1
factories before distribution , including during production and before shipment. The ELERIX brand is characterized by the high quality of its cells, which are mainly class A.

Discharge Test
The following graph shows the discharge capacity test.

Operating instructions
- Always charge the cells to full voltage before first use.
- Initial charging must be done with a low current at max. 0.5C - i.e. 50 A for a 100 Ah cell.
- Protect the cell terminals from dirt, damage and short circuits.
- The cells must be monitored and protected against deep discharge and overcharge.
- Charging and discharging must be done under supervision.
Initial charge
The cells are pre-charged by the manufacturer to a conservation charge (usually 30-50%). Before first use, the cells should be charged with a low current. The first charge should not exceed 0.5 C - e.g. for a 100 Ah cell this is 50 A.
When charging multiple cells for the first time, connect them in parallel and the charger outputs should be connected to both ends of the parallel strings of cells.
We recommend using chargers specifically designed for LiFePO4 cells. Initial charging and initial balancing of the entire set is an important step to achieve long life.
Alternatively, you can use a regulated (laboratory) power supply as a tool for initial charging.
