Backup lead-acid battery (12 V, capacity 9.0 Ah) in VRLA (AGM) design.

This is a construction in which internal pressure is regulated by valves (VRLA - Valve Regulated Lead Acid = valve regulated lead-acid battery).

The advantages of this VRLA/AGM construction are mainly the following:

AGM Technology (Absorbed Glass Mat):
Although the battery contains electrolyte in liquid form, it is "absorbed" into fiberglass microfibers, also known as glass mat, and is thus firmly bound within the battery cells (virtually eliminating any risk of leakage).

FM model range – optimal service life of up to 5 years (in float charging operation mode at a temperature of 25 ?.)
Application: Primarily for backup power supplies and high-load devices. A very high quality battery. It is designed for applications in the most demanding environments and is suitable for use primarily in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), electronic fire alarm systems (EPS), electronic security systems and telecommunications.

The quality of batteries used, for example in backup power supplies, is ensured by several properties.
